  1. The pre-cast rim is placed on the mold and then set in motion.

Alloy rims are characterized by high quality of workmanship, which is confirmed by ISO, VIA, JWL certificates and a long warranty period. At the production stage, each rim is subjected to detailed quality control and important tests: tensile tests, radial runout and dynamic balancing tests, tightness tests, corrosion resistance tests, structural integrity tests, assessment of paint coatings. Additionally, rim strength tests are carried out under load and increased pressure. Thanks to this, we are sure that 100% of the products we offer are of high quality.

Testing and research ensure high-quality alloy wheels

We offer a high-quality product, thanks to the use of low-pressure casting methods and the use of paints for rim finishing that do not deteriorate upon impact, are corrosion-resistant, and do not react with aggressive road substances. This applies to rims without polished elements - powder-coated in a uniform color. Polished rims are not recommended for use in winter by the manufacturer. The risk of error is minimal, but before installation, check whether the wheels fit your car, have no deviations, do not rub against suspension parts, and do not protrude beyond the fender. It is important to verify the goods BEFORE fitting the tires onto the wheels. Fitting tires is unnecessary and will prevent the correct diagnosis of the product.
