Production of rims using the Flow Forming method

To obtain such excellent parameters, each rim is subjected to appropriate processes. Advanced technology for the production of aluminum rims Flow Forming method, combines the features of casting, forging, pressing and rolling:

  1. The pre-cast rim is placed on the mold and then set in motion.
  2. Under the influence of high temperature and roller pressure, the rim gradually gains shape and strength.
  3. The rolling process ends when the expected shape and parameters are achieved. The rim then undergoes final finishing and painting.

The manufacturer of Haxer alloy rims is RacingLinecurrent brand on the Polish market since 2008. Haxer rims are designedfor Premium cars. Alloy rims are characterized by high quality of workmanship, which is confirmed by ISO, VIA, JWL certificates and a long warranty period. At the production stage, each rim is subjected to detailed quality control and important tests: tensile tests, radial runout and dynamic balancing tests, tightness tests, corrosion resistance tests, structural integrity tests, assessment of paint coatings. Additionally, rim strength tests are carried out under load and increased pressure. Thanks to this, we are sure that 100% of the products we offer are of high quality.

Testing and research ensure high-quality alloy wheels

We offer a high-quality product, thanks to the use of low-pressure casting methods and the use of paints for rim finishing that do not deteriorate upon impact, are corrosion-resistant, and do not react with aggressive road substances. This applies to rims without polished elements - powder-coated in a uniform color. Polished rims are not recommended for use in winter by the manufacturer. Information about the finish can be found in the product parameters.

The production process of Haxer wheels ends with a series of tests, during which numerous tests are conducted. Only alloy wheels that have passed all the following tests are introduced to the market:
✅ tensile test,
✅ radial and dynamic balancing test - with deviations up to 0,6 mm (PIMOT recommendations allow 0.8 mm),
✅ verification of the center hole - permissible tolerance up to 0,3 mm,
✅ corrosion resistance test,
✅ structural integrity and lack of micro-cracks are diagnosed using an X-ray machine,
✅ leak test,
✅ paint coating evaluation,
✅ load-bearing capacity test.

The specification defines the quality system requirements for products in the field of design or development, production, installation, and servicing in the automotive industry. Factories of the RacingLine manufacturer, where Haxer alloy wheels are manufactured, are certified according to international ISO quality management standards. Most of the production processes are fully automated. Thanks to the use of low-pressure casting method, the liquid metal precisely fills the mold. This minimizes the chance of air bubbles forming, which negatively affect the material's strength. We select alloy wheels according to the manufacturer's catalog parameters. For some car models or wheels, it may be necessary to use spacers, and special bolts/nuts, which you can easily find in our store in the "Accessories" section.

The risk of error is minimal, but before installation, check whether the wheels fit your car, have no deviations, do not rub against suspension parts, and do not protrude beyond the fender. It is important to verify the goods BEFORE fitting the tires onto the wheels. Fitting tires is unnecessary and will prevent the correct diagnosis of the product. Alloy wheels should be fitted on both axles of the vehicle. However, if you visit a service/shop, inform the tire fitter to perform the above tasks first.
