Fiat Freemont designed by Ryan Nagode was presented in Geneva during the 2011 motor show. Crossover is made in Mexico. Freemont is the European version of Dodge Journey produced after the takeover of American Chrysler by the Italian manufacturer.
In the E-segment car it differed from the American version, among others front grille, rear LED lights and converted bumpers. In 2014, the Cross version was presented with darkened front and rear lights. The car was additionally equipped with 19-inch aluminum wheels, new bumpers with chrome inserts and roof rails. The Cross version is enriched with basic multimedia and audio systems. The most powerful engine in which the crossover was equipped is the V6 with a capacity of 3.6l and a maximum power of 280HP. Power can be transferred to the front wheels via a 6-speed automatic or manual gearbox.
