History BMW 2 Gran Tourer (F46)

The model is basically a slightly different version of the Active Tourer F45. However, F46 is intended for people who need a bit more space. The Bavarian car manufacturer decided in this model to increase the wheelbase and stylize the rear of the vehicle. Design changes have allowed more space for passengers seated in the second row of seats. To increase practicality and ergonomics, it was also possible to use the sofa offset adjustment. BMW 2 Gran Tourer can be purchased in 3 petrol versions with power from 102HP to 193HP. Diesel engines provide power from 95 to 190HP. Nevertheless, the 95KM version is only available on the secondary market, as its production ended in 2016. More demanding customers can also purchase a vehicle with xDrive, i.e. all-wheel drive, enabling movement in worse road conditions.
