Wheel Spacers – Precisely Made on CNC Machines.

High-quality wheel spacers, precisely machined on CNC machines, ensuring perfect fitment for Nissan, Dacia, Renault vehicles. This product is available in a 5 mm thickness version, allowing easy adjustment of wheel spacing to your individual needs. Made from aluminum, it ensures reliability, durability, and resistance to corrosion. Additionally, NO centering flange allows for quick and easy installation – due to its small thickness, the wheel is centered on the hub flange, and slightly longer bolts than the originals should be used for installation.

The spacer is manufactured by a Polish craftsman specializing in designing and producing tuning parts for off-road vehicles. The spacer is designed not only for sports tuning but also to enhance the appearance of your car.

Spacers – A Safe Solution.

Using spacers is a common practice, but does it increase hub load? NO! The car hub is only used for centering wheels and carries no loads, making the use of spacers a 100% safe solution.

Wheel Spacers – What Are They and When to Use Them?

Wheel spacers are components mounted between the wheel hub and the wheel, used to change its position relative to the car body. Their main purpose is to increase the distance of the wheel from the car, which can improve vehicle aesthetics, driving stability, and enable the installation of larger brakes.

Fitting New Wheels – with spacers, you can adjust wheels with a different offset (ET) to your car. Additionally, if the wheel design causes it to rub against the brake caliper, installing a spacer moves the wheel away from the brakes.

Improving the Appearance of Your Car – wheel spacers allow for a sportier look as the wheels are closer to the fender edge. Moreover, increasing the wheel track positively impacts driving dynamics, improving grip in corners.

Allowing the Installation of Larger Brakes – in case of performance modifications like larger discs or calipers, wheel spacers may become a necessity. By increasing the distance between the hub and the wheel, they provide extra space for brake system components.

Which bolts for spacers?

When planning to install spacers, it is crucial to choose the right bolts that will ensure the wheel is securely mounted to the hub. The bolt should be screwed to a depth of at least 10–12 mm (6.5–9 turns) into the hub socket. If the bolt is not screwed in deep enough, the thread might strip, posing a serious safety risk on the road. Below are the recommended minimum screwing depths and turns depending on the thread diameter and pitch. Remember to measure the spacers and verify the bolt length carefully before installation.

  • Mounting bolt M12x1.25: min. 8 turns, screwing depth approx. 10 mm of thread;
  • Mounting bolt M12x1.50: min. 6.5 turns, screwing depth approx. 10 mm of thread;
  • Mounting bolt M12x1.75: min. 6.5 turns, screwing depth approx. 12 mm of thread;
  • Mounting bolt M14x1.25: min. 9 turns, screwing depth approx. 12 mm of thread;
  • Mounting bolt M14x1.50: min. 7.5 turns, screwing depth approx. 11 mm of thread.

Bolt pattern: defines the number and spacing of mounting holes. It refers to the diameter of the circle on which the centers of these mounting holes are located. The circle diameter is specified in millimeters. The number of mounting holes must match the number of bolts on the vehicle's hub.

Hub bore diameter: this is the diameter of the central hole of the hub and the wheel, expressed in millimeters. If the vehicle's hub diameter is smaller than the wheel's, additional centering rings can be used.

Thickness: the thickness of the spacer, expressed in millimeters. It represents the value by which the spacer increases the gap between the wheel and the vehicle hub.

Centering flange: defines the construction of the spacer. Spacer with a centering flange: equipped with an additional ring (flange) on the outer edge, which serves to center the wheel (hub). If a spacer thicker than the hub depth is used, the spacer must mandatorily include centering.
