General provisions

1. The promotion is carried out under the name "Twisted Wentyle Free".
2. The organizer of the "Wentyle twisted gratis" Promotion is LadneFelgi.pl Ewelina Taraszkiewicz Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office at ul. Łokietka 86E, 16-400 in Suwałki.
3. The scope of the Promotion is limited to the website ladnefelgi.pl
4. The duration of the Promotion is indefinite and will last until further notice

Terms and conditions of participation in the promotion

1. Each customer who subscribes to the Newsletter at ladnefelgi.pl during the Promotion will receive a one-time rebate code of PLN 39.99 for a set of twisted valves. The valves are available at https://www.ladnefelgi.pl/product-eng-42599.html ".
2. The rebate code can only be used when purchasing a set of aluminum rims at the same time.
3. The rebate code also applies to the purchase of several sets of valves, however, in order for the promotion to cover fancy valves, for each set of valves purchased, there must be one set of aluminum rims. The surplus of valves in the basket will be counted at the standard price of PLN 40 per set.
4. Goods purchased in the Promotion are subject to exchange and returns on the terms consistent with the Regulations of the ladnefelgi.pl website.
5. In the case of returning a product (s) for which a discount has been granted in accordance with the above provisions, the service will only refund the price actually paid for the purchased product (s).
6. The promotion is combined with other discounts and promotions currently in force on the website.
7. Everyone participating in the promotion declares that they have read its regulations and do not raise any objections to it. By using the promotion, you accept the regulations.

Final Provisions

1. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to the terms of the promotion specified in these regulations.
2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the appropriate Common Court.
